Doomriders are RAWK N' FUCKING roll. Not Rock n' Roll. Not Rock and Roll, not even fuckin' rock and roll. No Doomriders sound like AC/DC, Entombed and Satan all smoked a bowl together and skated a half pipe as the world turned to ash around them. This is angry, fast and aggressive music, the sole propose of is rocking your socks off.
This album should be the soundtrack to the next Tony Hawk game. Screw whatever flavor of the week pop punk crap they can find, Doomriders is all they would need. I can't remember a single lyric from this album, all I can remember is an overwhelming desire to go out side, and either skate or kill something. Kurt Ballou's production is thick and meaty, and captures the awesome power of the almighty riff. The drums and bass just thunder along in the back ground like a lion tamer keeping a rabid beast at bay. This is amazing. Turbonegro, please take note. This is how you rock and roll.
